The project was born as an experimentation of misaligning the plant on each floor with respect to the vertical core. The geometric figure that distinguishes this building, very close to an ellipse, allows the configuration of a certain profile, determined by an algorithmic equation, which identifies a different shape according to the observation point.

From the west we will see the tower with a convex shape and from the east with a concave. This change creates the illusion of a moving tower, and this illusion becomes evident if we move with respect to its axis. This peculiarity is expressed to its maximum potential if the lot is adjacent to a large traffic artery as happens on the site chosen for the construction of this project: the stretch of Sheikh Zayed Road in front of the Safa Park in Dubai, ideal place in the heart of one of the most unique and fascinating cities in the world. To reinforce this illusion of movement and rotation, the façade is characterized by a series of slats with a curvilinear shape. In addition to emphasize the movement, their particular shape is able to define different levels of transparency of the entire façade, creating unexpected lighting effects. The same panels that define the façade slats open up at the base of the tower to form the entrance canopy, and close at the top of the tower to build a pergola on the top floor Penthouse.
