The peculiarities of the restructuring are mainly related to the organization of the interior space, with a reversal of the living area to the east of the building. This change in the functions has created a larger living area with an open kitchen, bringing it into direct contact with the terrace. The living area is characterized by two oval pillars that replace the old supporting wall. The exposed lintels, with inserted lighting, create chiaroscuro effects on the wall surfaces. The attention to detail is demonstrated by the custom made iron staircase, with the perfect perpendicularity of its profiles which connect the lower level to the upper one.
