In this apartment of 300 square meters², the social area was planned in order to integrate the spaces and value the social living between family and friends. The living room, dining room, gourmet balcony and home cinema are connected together by materials and colors in common, as well as the unique space where the areas are defined only by the layout proposal and its function.
The kitchen is separated by sliding doors that open completely, making the space even more integrated. Natural light also gains relevance in this project to ensure a natural setting that with the use of light wood reforestation and warm and neutral colors make a cozy and welcoming scenery.
